It only takes about 5 minutes to throw this dip together so you can easily make it ahead of time. Then, to reheat it, just put it in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes when you are ready to eat it.
You can keep most of the ingredients on hand and then throw it together any time you need something special for a get-together.

Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach
1 1/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen artichoke hearts
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender.
- Drain. Discard liquid.
- Heat cream cheese in the microwave for 1 minute or until hot and soft.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients
- Serve hot.

I have made this dip pretty much the same as your recipe. It’s just like Applebees. However, I do it in the crock pot. I totally recommend it. It’s a family favorite at our house, yum, yum!
