You can make this Honey Baked Chicken Recipe in less than 5 minutes for less than $3 for the entire family! This is our family’s favorite because it is so delicious. It has also been a reader favorite for years! It is so easy to make that it’s perfect for the days when you don’t feel like cooking and want something fast!
I like to toss this honey baked chicken in the oven and then serve with rice and an easy vegetable like broccoli or mixed vegetables. For other easy dinner options, you can also serve it with baby carrots, sliced bell peppers, sliced cucumbers or a salad.

Honey Baked Chicken Recipe
6 chicken fryer pieces
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
Arrange chicken in a baking dish with the skin side up. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15 minutes (until chicken is tender and brown). Serve with rice. Serves 4-6.
