Pumpkin Pie Dip Recipe
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin, sour cream, and spices. Mix. Fold in the whipped topping. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with cinnamon graham crackers, apples or gingersnaps.

Caramel White Chocolate Dip Recipe
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 (16 oz.) jar caramel sauce
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
apples
Beat cream cheese, whipped topping and caramel sauce together. Fold in white chocolate chips. Use chocolate cookies, apples or other fruit for dipping.
Yogurt Peanut Butter Dip
1/2 cup fruit flavored yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients and serve with fruit or banana bread or use asa a dip for chocolate cookies.

I believe that this might look even better with brown mini chocolate chips, the white ones never tasted right to me. What do you think?
I’m going to a pot luck wedding. Maybe I will make both to bring. I’m thinking that gingersnaps would be less sweet and good for both.

It really is what ever you prefer. Some brands of white chocolate do taste better then other brands and then there are people like Tawra who loves anything that is white chocolate where I prefer anything with regular chocolate. I also prefer Hershey’s chocolate to the expensive brand that starts with a G but most like the expensive brand.

I’m with you Jill my brown chocolate loving bud. Most everything I enjoy is the inexpensive version. I was raised by smart parents and a grandma that survived WWI. She said that wasting food was a sin. I agree, and my puppy agrees. I don’t waste a thing including my dehumidifier water.
