Easy Air Fryer Chicken Recipes
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
spray oil (I like avocado oil.)
seasoned salt
Spray each chicken breast on one side with oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Lay in an air fryer, seasoned side down. Then spray the second side with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Air fry for 10 minutes at 360°.
Flip over and air fry another 8 to 12 minutes at 360° depending on the size of your chicken breasts, until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°.
Allow the chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before cutting into it. This allows the juices to redistribute in the chicken to make the chicken juicier.

I have a question about air fryers. Lately, I have seen a lot of interesting sounding recipes that only give air fryer instructions. I was under the impression that an air fryer is basically a small convection oven. I have a convection oven a bit bigger than a microwave that I use for most of my baking. If I placed an oven rack over a cookie sheet, could I get the same results? I don’t have much counter space, so I I got an air fryer I would need to find a place for it and dig it out every time I wanted to use it. I would rather use what I have. Can I? How do I adapt air fryer recipes to my convection oven?
Sharon I don’t have an air fryer myself but what I would do is just try it and see what happens. Use a few fries or chicken nugget (just a couple of pieces and try it and see what happens.
Do you recommend a particular brand of air fryer? I have talked myself into buying one, after watching a video of how well some appliances work for those of us with concentration problems.
I really don’t know of one to recommend Janet but maybe one of our viewers does.
Hey
Walmart has affordable fryers under 150 I got a ninja and I love it .
I also have an air fryer question. I don’t have a counter top air fryer.
My new range has an air fryer in the oven. I haven’t tried it yet. I want to.
Most recipes seem to be for the counter top. Where can I find the time/temperature difference for the built in air fryer ranges compared with the counter top air fryers.
Not sure Karol where to find that. We have never used or dealt with one for ranges either. You might just google it.
Thank you these sound amazing, not sure which one I will try first😋
