Here’s a delicious and easy spinach casserole recipe! This is a yummy comfort food recipe that Mike has loved since he was a child. It is not as cheap as a lot of our recipes, but is so tasty, it’s definitely worth it for a great side dish!

Here's a delicious and easy spinach casserole recipe! This is a yummy comfort food recipe that Mike has loved since he was a child. It is not as cheap as a lot of our recipes, but is so tasty, it's definitely worth it for a great side dish!

Easy Spinach Casserole Recipe

2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can French-fried onions, divided

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, cream cheese, mushroom soup and half of the fried onions. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle the top with the rest of the fried onions.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
