I have found so many recipes using berries with yogurt so this recipe is a nice change. It is better to use fruits that are in season because you can get them for much less and this recipe uses a lot of winter fruits.
Holiday Fruit Salad
1 red apple, chopped
1 green apple, chopped
1 nectarine, chopped*
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 (8 oz.) container of either lemon, key lime or vanilla yogurt
Mix everything. Chill until serving.
*You can use Mandarin oranges if nectarines are not in season but they are best added just before serving.
