Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake Recipe

This Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake Recipe makes a tasty warm breakfast dish. It’s perfect for holidays and family get togethers and kids will love it!

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake Recipe

1/4 cup  butter or margarine, melted
2 cans (12.4 oz each)  refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
5 eggs
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (You can use milk but cream is best.)
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup maple syrup

Melt  butter in a 9×13 pan. Cut each cinnamon roll into 6 or 8 pieces and layer on top of butter in the pan. Mix eggs, cream, cinnamon and vanilla well. Pour on top of cinnamon roll pieces, sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with syrup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-28 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.

Drizzle with the frosting that came with the cinnamon rolls. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with more syrup if you want.
