Grilled Banana Sundaes Recipe
Cut bananas length wise and grill. Top each banana with berries or berry pie filling, a scoop of ice cream and your favorite sundae toppings.
About now you maybe running out of good snack ideas for your kiddos who seem to have bottomless pits for stomachs, so here is something a little different and easy to make without heating up the kitchen.
4 flour tortillas
1 banana, ripe
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
Butter one side of a tortilla. Mash the banana and then add chocolate chips to it. Lay tortilla, butter side down, in a skillet. Spread with banana mix. Top with another tortilla with butter on the outside. Cook until golden brown and then flip and cook again until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
You could drizzle with a little chocolate or caramel sauce before serving too.
