Easy S’Mores Recipe
We have many s’mores recipes but I like this one the best because they can be made ahead of time, wrapped, stored and ready to grab and take with you. This s’mores recipe is great for an after school snack, hay rack ride, football game, tailgating, fall picnic or to munch on while you’re sitting in front of the fire on a cold winter’s day!
It’s a great snack for the kids for all kinds of occasions! (and maybe mom and dad can have a few, too! ;-)
Grab and Go S’Mores Recipe
8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box (16 oz) graham crackers
2 cups mini marshmallows
Over low heat on stove or in microwave melt together chocolate chips and milk. Add vanilla stir until smooth. Spread one half of a cracker with chocolate mix, top with 5-6 marshmallows and then top with another cracker which is spread with chocolate mix. Wrap in plastic wrap and store at room temperature until ready to use.
