These easy fruit smoothies recipes are healthy and yummy! There’s a tasty berry breakfast smoothie recipe and a tropical green smoothie that includes your greens but doesn’t taste like it!

Our niece Emily loves to make smoothies! Here are a couple of her favorite recipes if you want to start trying to make smoothies for yourself!
Berry Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
1-2 bananas
2 cups frozen berries
3/4 cup coconut milk (or liquid of choice)
1/4 cup oats
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Place everything in the blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Tropical Green Smoothie
2 bananas
2 cups kale
1 cup frozen pineapple or mango
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbs chia seeds
Place everything in the blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
