Our niece loves to make smoothies! If you like fruit smoothies, there’s no reason to pay too much for them at the smoothie shop when you can make your own homemade fruit smoothies! Here are a couple of her favorite recipes if you want to start trying to make smoothies for yourself!

This easy berry breakfast smoothie recipe makes a perfect breakfast on the go. Full of flavor and filling enough to last until lunch, it’s a great way to start out your day!
Ingredients
1–2 bananas
2 cups frozen berries
3/4 cup coconut milk (or liquid of your choice)
1/4 cup oats
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Place everything in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
2 bananas
2 cups kale
1 cup frozen pineapple or mango
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbs chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all of the smootie ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
