No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Before you start, cut about a 20 inch piece of wax paper. Lay it on the counter. This serves as something to drop the cookies on.
- In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, and butter.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil 1 minute. (For high altitude, let them cook 30 seconds to a minute longer.)
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and nuts.
- Mix until peanut butter is mixed in.
- Add oatmeal.
- Drop by spoonfuls on the wax paper.
- Let cool until set.
Notes
- If the humidity is high or you don’t boil them the right amount of time, they may not harden. Don’t panic! Just pour the mixture into a container and use as fudge sauce for ice cream.
- If they are sloghtly soft, you cam also scoop them into dessert bowls and serve with a spoon.

Ingredients
3 cups shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk or (coconut if dairy free)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients.
- Form into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes until set.
Peanut Butter Rice Krispie No Bake Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup (Karo)
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Rice Krispies
Instructions
- Mix brown sugar, white sugar, and Karo syrup together in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter.
- Add vanilla. Mix well.
- Add cereal. Mix.
- Roll into small balls.
3 Ingredient No Bake Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup or corn syrup
2 cups quick or rolled oatmeal
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Bring peanut butter and syrup to a boil; Remove from heat.
- Add oatmeal. Mix well.
- Add chocolate chips, if using.
- Form into balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
