Easy Pizza Hoagies

1/2 – 1 lb. ground beef, cooked
1 jar of pizza sauce
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
Hoagie buns (could use hot dog buns, too)

Place a couple of tablespoons each of all of the above into a hoagie bun. You can adjust the amounts to how much you want in each bun. Wrap in plastic wrap and then place back inside the bag the buns originally came in. You can keep them in the fridge or freezer. When ready to eat, just heat in the microwave for about a minute. The time will vary depending on your microwave.

YUM. I will be making these this weekend. Also, I will be having fruit with that Cinnamon fruit dip recipe. Jill, You and Tawra make my grocery shopping and menus a breeze. You are so creative.

I have tried this before and I mixed some mild cheddar cheese in with the hanburger when it was almost done. along with a slice or two of onion and lets just say they don’t last long in my house! I has some left over hamburger buns and that worked out great

I made these over the weekend. Very Yummy. I enjoyed eating one of these sandwiches, along with the Minty Chocolate Mousse recipe for dessert. Excellent.
