Pudding Pops

1 pkg. pudding (not instant*)
3 cups milk

Combine  and mix only enough to blend well. Quickly pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Chocolate and vanilla pudding may be layered for a fun treat. Makes 8-10 Popsicles. *Regular homemade pudding may be used instead of store-bought pudding mix.

  • You’re NOT supposed to use instant pudding? But then you don’t cook it? That seems really strange to me! Is that really right?

    • That is right Ronda. You aren’t making pudding and freezing it as you might think. You are freezing the milk and the pudding mix makes the milk become creamy and more like ice cream when it freezes instead of being like ice particles or crystals. I hope I explained that so it makes sense.
