Deviled Eggs
6 hard boiled eggs 1 tsp. vinegar (optional) 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard 1/3 cup mayonnaise Paprika Parsley, chopped
Shell hard boiled eggs and cut in half. Remove yolks and mash; add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Heap into whites and sprinkle with paprika or chopped parsley.

Lemon Bars Recipe
Crust 2 cups flour 1 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Filling 4 eggs, well beaten 2 cups granulated sugar 1/3 cup lemon juice (1 lemon) 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Easy Peanut Butter Snack
1/4-1/2 cup honey or corn syrup (to taste) 1 cup dry milk 1/2 cup peanut butter
Combine all the ingredients and roll into 1-inch balls. These can then be rolled in coconut, sunflower seeds, granola or nuts. Store in an airtight container. Makes 1 dozen.

Cottage Cheese Salad

Grandma’s Homemade Barbecue Sauce
2 cups catsup 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped or 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Place in a jar and store in the refrigerator. Makes 3 cups.

Old-Fashioned Salad Dressing
