If your order contained downloadable e-books:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation including your download link(s) within a few minutes.
If you don’t receive the e-mail with the download links in the next 10 minutes, something has gone wrong. This issue is usually caused by a spam filter intercepting the download e-mail. Please add us to your safe senders list and contact us so we can get a new download link to you!
Please be sure to download your e-books in the next 30 days. (If you don’t get them in time, please contact us and we will reset your links.)
If your order included print books:
Your books will ship by USPS Priority Mail.
If you did not do it during the ordering process, please double check your shipping address if your order contains items that need to be shipped. If your shipping address is incorrect on your order, additional shipping charges will apply (minimum of $5.00) if you do not contact us before your order is shipped.
If you ordered using your Paypal account, please make sure that your shipping address is correct on your Paypal Account.
