If you have experienced a problem with an order, we love to cheerfully help you resolve the issue as soon as possible! We ask that you please ask nicely.
If you are having trouble downloading the e-books, or you did not receive your download email, please refer to the information here on our Download Help Page FIRST, as most common issues are answered here and you can often get the problem resolved faster.
We are happy to re-send your download links within 30 days after your original order. We cannot re-send links after 30 days.
