All purpose flour
Salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder
23 lbs. round steak
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream


  1. Mix the flour with seasonings.
  2. Dredge the steak in the flour mixture.
  3. Pour a small amount of oil into a frying pan.
  4. Brown steak in the pan on both sides.
  5. Add water, turn down heat and cover.
  6. Simmer for about 2 1/2 hours.
  7. Add sour cream just before serving.
