Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (not lowfat)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not lowfat)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup lemon juice
graham cracker crust
pie filling of choice (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat first 4 ingredients together.
  2. Spoon into a graham cracker crust.
  3. Chill.
  4. Top with pie filling, if desired.
