1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs
4 cups rice, cooked
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Sauté green the pepper in a skillet with butter.
  2. Add eggs and stir until scrambled and set.
  3. Add rice and soy sauce.
  4. Heat through.
