Easy Peach Tea Recipe

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
23 sliced fresh peaches
6 cups brewed tea


  1. Place sugar, water and peaches into a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer (medium).
  4. Crush the peaches while stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  5. Once the sugar is dissolved, turn off the burner, cover, and allow the mixture to rest for about 30 minutes.
  6. Strain the syrup to remove the fruit pieces.
  7. Save the fruit pieces for smoothies.
  8. Add the syrup to the tea and refrigerate.
  9. Serve over ice.
