This easy sour cream blueberry muffin recipe makes moist and delicious blueberry muffins! This is a classic blueberry muffin recipe everyone will love!

Ingredients

2 cups biscuit mix
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Mix biscuit mix, sugar, eggs, and sour cream in order just until combined.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Pour into greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
  5. Sprinkle with a little sugar on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
