For a quick, no-fuss option, this fruit salad uses sweetened condensed milk for a lightly sweet coating and can be made with fresh, canned, or frozen fruit.

Ingredients

Any fresh, frozen, or canned fruit, chopped
Sweetened condensed milk, just enough to coat
Toasted coconut, for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the fruit in a bowl.
  2. Pour a small amount of sweetened condensed milk over the fruit and toss lightly—don’t overdo it.
  3. Serve in parfait glasses if desired.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
