This easy fried potatoes recipe makes delicious fried potatoes perfect for any big breakfast! They’re a great way to serve potatoes that are a little more fancy and a lot more delicious than regular hash browns! Ingredients
2-3 Tbsp. bacon grease or margarine
6 potatoes, sliced or cubed
salt and pepper
green onions, chopped (to taste, optional)
parsley (optional)
Instructions
Melt bacon grease or margarine in a frying pan.
Add the potatoes to the pan.
Cook over medium heat.
Cook potatoes, toening occasionally until golden brown.
