4cupswild rice, cooked
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup each of the following:
celery, sliced
green peppers, chopped
frozen peas, thawed
dried cranberries
1/4cupgreen onions, sliced
Dressing:
1/3cupvinegar1/3cupcranberry juice2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients into a small bowl; pour over the salad.
