- Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- Mix the cornstarch, gluten free flour, and seasoned salt in another bowl.
- Dip the chicken in the egg. Coat the chicken evenly.
- Dip the chicken into the cornstarch/flour mixture. Coat evenly.
- Spray each piece with cooking spray before placing it in the air fryer.
- Place in the air fryer and cook at 390° for 6 minutes.
- Turn the chicken over and air fry for 6 more minutes or until done. The chicken should be 165° in the center of the thickest part of the chicken.
Honey Garlic Sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red pepper, diced (optional)
1/2 tsp.
seasoned salt
- In a saucepan, sauté the garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add the honey, soy sauce, red pepper, if using, and seasoned salt.
- Simmer 5-10 minutes. Watch carefully so it doesn’t boil over.
- Remove from the heat and cool for a few minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.
