Cranberry Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1/2 cup cranberry or apple juice
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. spicy mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops in a crokpot.
  2. Mix the juice, cranberry sauce, sugar and mustard together.
  3. Pour over pork chops.
  4. Cook for 7-8 hours.
  5. Remove pork chops from the crockpot.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water in a saucepan.
  7. Stir until smooth.
  8. Slowly add the cooking juices to the cornstarch and water to make the sauce.
  9. Boil and stir until thick.
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste.
  11. Serve the sauce with the pork chops.
