2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup jellied cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups (about 5 small) carrots, cooked

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add cranberry sauce, brown sugar and salt.
  3. Add carrots.
  4. Simmer 3-4 minutes. This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
