This easy 3 Ingredient Maple Peanut Butter Fudge recipe is rich, creamy, and packed with sweet maple flavor and peanut butter goodness! Made with just 3 simple ingredients and a few minutes of prep, it’s a quick no-bake treat that’s perfect for holidays, cookie trays, gift giving, or anytime you need an easy dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease the pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add the powdered sugar; stir until smooth.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares before serving.

Notes

  • Smooth peanut butter creates a creamier texture, while crunchy peanut butter adds extra crunch.
  • If the mixture seems too soft, add a little more powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

Tips For Success

  • Warm the peanut butter and maple syrup just enough to blend smoothly.
  • Press the fudge firmly into the pan for cleaner slices.
  • For easy removal and neat squares, use parchment paper and chill completely before cutting.
