If you love peanut butter cups, you’re going to love this easy no-bake Peanut Butter Graham Fudge! With a creamy peanut butter graham cracker layer, with a bit of crunch and topped with rich chocolate, this simple treat comes together in minutes using simple ingredients. Perfect for holidays, potlucks, cookie trays or anytime you need a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate Topping
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease the pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and melted.
  5. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Creamy peanut butter works best for a smooth texture.
  • For easier slicing, let the fudge sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
  • Try using milk chocolate, dark chocolate or peanut butter chips for a fun variation.

Tips For Success

  • Press the peanut butter layer firmly into the pan so the bars hold together well.
  • Line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal and cleaner cuts.
  • For bakery-style squares, chill completely before slicing and wipe the knife clean between cuts.
