Here’s a tasty treat you can make in 5 minutes! This no bake chocolate cheesecake recipe with cream cheese makes a cheesecake with a rich chocolate flavor and velvety smooth texture. It’s so easy you’ll want to make it for all of your get togethers! Just melt chocolate chips, blend everything together, put it in a pie crust, chill and serve!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chocolate, melted (I use mini chocolate chips.)
11 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups whipped topping
Graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in the microwave. Check and stir every 20 seconds so that it doesn’t burn.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add whipped topping.
- Stir to mix. Do not blend.
- Pour into a pie crust.
- Chill until set.
- If desired, top with additional whipped topping.
