Country Fried Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. bacon grease or margarine
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt bacon grease or margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the potatoes to the pan.
  3. Cook until golden brown, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
  4. Remove potatoes from the pan.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4-6.
