Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

8 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk or water (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. margarine (or bacon grease)

Instructions

  1. Stir all of the ingredients except the margarine in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Heat a skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add margarine to the skillet.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  5. Stir constantly about 4 minutes until the eggs are fluffy and set. Serves 4.
