Baked Onion Rings



2 large sweet onions
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp seasoned salt (recipe below)


  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Cut onions into half inch thick slices and separate into rings.
  3. Place eggs into a shallow dish.
  4. Mix everything else together in another dish.
  5. Dip the onion rings into eggs first, then into the corn flake mix.
  6. Lay on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Repeat until all of the onion is prepared.
  8. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes until tender.
