Cheesy Mac and Dogs

Ingredients

1(8 oz.) pkg elbow macaroni, cooked
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
7 hot dogs, cooked and diced
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Sauté onion in butter till tender.
  3. Stir in flour, salt and mustard.
  4. Gradually add milk.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  7. Add Worcestershire sauce and cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Add macaroni and hot dogs.
  9. Place in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  10. Bake uncovered for about 20-25 minutes.
