Mexican Corn Dogs Recipe

8 (6 inch) corn tortillas
8 hot dogs
Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slightly warm tortillas. Place between 2 damp paper towels and microwave for 10-20 seconds.
  2. Wrap one tortilla around each hot dog and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Deep fry in one inch of oil or fry in an electric skillet until golden brown, turning once.
  4. Drain and remove toothpicks.
  5. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
