Egg Flower Soup Recipe

1 green onion, chopped (top included)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper


  1. Stir the onion into the eggs.
  2. Heat the broth to boiling in a 3-quart saucepan.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture slowly into the broth, stirring constantly with a fork.
  5. Boil about 5 minutes until the eggs are done.
