Ingredients

2 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
4 cubes beef bouillon, crumbled
1 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Store in an airtight container.

To use: Add 2 tablespoons mix to 1 cup boiling water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Notes

This makes a stronger soup than the store-bought mix, so you can use less.
