Corn Dog Muffin Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkgs. cornbread mix
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
4-5 hot dogs or 67 little smokies, sliced or chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Mix cornbread mic and brown sugar.
  3. Stir in milk and eggs, just until moist. Don’t over-mix. The batter will be thin.
  4. Add hot dogs.
  5. Pour into paper-lined muffin tins, about half full.
  6. Bake  for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
