Ingredients

Units

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 small white onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
8 oz. tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
34 cups gluten-free pasta, cooked and drained
24 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
raw veggie add-ins (optional)
salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Brown the onions, garlic and ground beef in oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Drain the grease from the beef mixture.
  3. Add the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and cooked pasta. Stir until mixed and heated through.
  4. Stir in the mustard, cheese, your favorite raw veggie add-ins, and salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite hamburger toppings.
