Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
seasoned salt (to taste)
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
10 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups chicken broth


  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Place flour on a plate or in a bowl.
  3. Season with seasoned salt. Mix.
  4. Cut chicken breasts in half.
  5. Dip in flour mixture; then place in the hot pan.
  6. Cook on both sides until golden.
  7. When done cooking, place the chicken on a plate.
  8. Put 2 Tbsp. flour into the hot oil and mix well.
  9. Add chopped garlic.
  10. Cook 3-4 minutes, until golden.
  11. Add chicken broth to the pan and cook until thickened.
  12. Pour over cooked chicken and serve. Serves 4.
