This bright, tropical fruit salad is refreshing any time of year. It works well with canned tropical fruits, fresh fruits, or a mix of both.

Ingredients

1 can (any size) tropical fruit
1 banana, sliced
coconut, for sprinkling
Optional: whipped topping and cherry for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the canned fruit in bowl.
  2. Add sliced banana.
  3. Sprinkle coconut over the top.
  4. If you serve it in serving dishes you could add a dollop of whipped topping with a cherry on top but it isn’t necessary.
