Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 cups rice, cooked
1 cup red grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
1 banana, sliced
1 (8 oz. or 12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add rice, grapes, cherries, and banana. Mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and walnuts.
  4. Chill 1 hour before serving. Garnish with extra maraschino cherries if desired.
