Milk Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
⅓ cup butter, unsalted
½ cup baking cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
½ cup milk, scalded
1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Melt the butter and cocoa together in a saucepan.
- Stir in the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
- Place the pan in ice water and beat until spreadable. Use a hand held electric mixer for lighter color and fluffier texture. Beat by hand for darker color.
