Easy Baker’s Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. (4 cups) powdered sugar
½ cup shortening
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. water
food coloring
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat on high with a hand mixer for 10 minutes.
- Add food coloring as desired.
