Ingredients

2 cups peanut butter chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. butter (optional)
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave the peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
  3. Stir in the marshmallow fluff and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

The marshmallow fluff gives this fudge an extra creamy texture and a sweeter flavor that makes the peanut butter even more irresistible. For the cleanest cuts, chill completely before slicing and wipe the knife clean between cuts.
