Ingredients

3 cups chocolate chips
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chocolate chips and maple syrup in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth and melted.
  4. Stir in the walnuts.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Pure maple syrup gives the best flavor, but pancake syrup can be used if that’s what you have on hand.
  • For extra crunch, toast the walnuts for a few minutes before adding them to the fudge.
