This Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge recipe is one of the easiest candy recipes you’ll ever make. The marshmallow fluff gives it a smooth, creamy texture that pushes it over the top and makes every bite melt in your mouth!

Ingredients
3 cups chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Place the chocolate chips and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Stir in the marshmallow fluff and vanilla until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
The marshmallow fluff gives this fudge a lighter, creamier texture than traditional chocolate fudge.
For the best results, let the chocolate melt completely before stirring in the marshmallow fluff.
