1/3 cup sweetened raspberry lemonade drink mix
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 (9 inch) chocolate pie crust
chocolate syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix water and drink mix.
  2. Add ice cream.
  3. Beat on low, until blended.
  4. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Pour into the pie crust.
  6. Freeze 4 hours, until firm.
  7. Remove 10 minutes before serving to make cutting easier.
  8. Top with chocolate sauce.

Notes

  • Instead of raspberry lemonade, you can feel free to use any flavored drink mix you like. Cherry or strawberry flavor would complement the chocolate crust well if you prefer.
  • You may use a different crust if you like. You can use any cookie, graham, or regular pie crust (or use no crust at all).
