Ingredients

About 14 Biscoff or Speculoos cookies, crushed (reserve 2 cookies for topping)
1 lb. white almond bark
Heath toffee bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with cooking spray (or lightly butter the pan).
  2. Arrange the crushed Biscoff cookies in a single layer on the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white almond bark according to package directions, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted almond bark evenly over the cookie layer.
  5. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Biscoff cookies and optional Heath toffee bits over the top.
  6. Lightly press the candy toppings and cookie crumbs into the melted almond bark to help them stick.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Once hardened, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
